It has been a very hectic 2018 so far for the Customer Service Team. The two Optometry Clinics (Tamaki and Grafton) were consolidated in to the Grafton Clinic in the last week of February, and the Tamaki space completely cleared by mid-April. The relocation went very smoothly with no disruption to normal clinic operations.
An arrangement to provide eye examinations to ADHB staff has been implemented and is providing valuable patient exposure for our students. In addition, significant numbers of Tamaki patients have also transferred across to the Grafton Clinic. All clinical rooms are now fully operational.
An additional team member, Tereise Leota-Seiuli, has been recruited to provide extra resourcing for the frontline reception.
