Brain Day is an informative and fun day of neuroscience at the University of Auckland Business School on 21 July 2018.
SOVS was represented by Drs Monica Acosta and Joanna Black, and their lab teams of researchers who contributed with science displays which attracted participation of the public in vision science experiments and exhibition of the eyes, the windows to the brain.
The day was a very positive experience for all – and the students, volunteers and helpers made it extra special. A special thanks to Drs Joanna Black, Monica Acosta, Tina Gao and Mitchell Nye-Wood and PhD candidates Gagan Shivashankar, Rebecca Findlay and her daughter Claire Findlay, as well as Masters candidate Henry Louie.
