PhD candidate Jay South attended two conferences in November and presented content on aniseikonia which was well-received.
The Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO) 51st Annual Scientific Congress, celebrating the College’s 50th birthday, ran from 8—12 November 2019 in Sydney. The program provided a robust array of science and thought-provoking content which was both highly informative and enjoyable. Jay presented a poster titled ‘Does Size Really Matter? Aniseikonia in Anisometropia and Amblyopia’.
Jay also attended the 76th Orthoptics Australia Annual Conference which took place at the International Convention Centre Sydney from 9—11 November 2019. Here she presented on the results of the “Aniseikonia in Anisometropia and Amblyopia” study. Her presentation received positive feedback and as a result her abstract has been selected to be published in the Australian Orthoptic Journal.
